Ever since my IBD diagnosis in 2008 I’ve been working to learn the best methods and principles needed to improve my body’s ability to feel, move, and perform better.
First, my goal was to regain the 50 pounds of weight I lost from the symptoms of IBD (basically unable to eat or drink anything for a few weeks).
After I achieved that I felt the need to share my experience and knowledge with others affected by similar conditions. I do not have all the answers.
I simply want to offer a method that has helped me – and one that I believe will help others.
I feel that I’ve included movements and exercises that literally anyone can do.
