To make the sign-up process as easy and straight-forward as possible please read the below info on what to expect.

Getting started with online nutrition coaching

1. Call or email me with your contact information (if I do not already have it).
2. Look for an email from me requesting the first online coaching payment for $99. There will be monthly payments of $99 for a total of 12 months of access to online coaching.
3. Next I’ll input your information into the online coaching program (ProCoach) and you will receive an email from Precision Nutrition welcoming you to the program with a quick reference to me.
4. Once you complete the intake questionnaire you’ll begin to receive your coaching emails the following Monday.
