Running is beautiful.
It is one of the most natural and beautiful expressions of athleticism that we can do.
Seeing someone run with grace, speed, and power is awesome.
Unfortunately, seeing a runner hobble along breaks my heart. So many times I see that person giving their all and want to stop them and offer them a few tips and pieces of advice that I feel would help them:
- run better
- run with less pain
- run with more joy
