RKC and IBD: 28 Days to RKC

I have to be honest. I had plans to do some swings today but never did. Sundays have come to be a solid rest day for me lately. I know that being rested and ready to start the next week off strong is important. However, I still have a slight feeling of frustration knowing that I let the day go by without swinging or lifting a kettlebell. If it helps I did have an awesome breakfast this morning.

  • ~4 eggs with grass-fed cheddar cheese
  • ~3-4 strips of organic bacon (I know, not on the top of the IBD compliant meal plan but somehow it works for me)
  • ~1/2 an avocado
  • 2 organic blueberry scones (got to indulge with these)
  • and an organic juice drink from Whole Foods (apples, carrots, beets, with spinach and ginger)

I feel ready and excited to train tomorrow!
