Practice Reiki with Strength&Nutrition

I was drawn to Reiki in 2013. I say “drawn to” because it is still unclear exactly how I came to find Reiki.

It’s more like Reiki found me!

Luckily before I could think and let that chattering, distracting voice in my head get in the way I found myself experiencing a Reiki attunement and leaving as a certified Level II Reiki practicioner. Leaving that experience I now like to describe things as “before Reiki” and “after Reiki”. I’m still myself…just a better version now. Over the course of 2013 I came to understand and learn more and more about the benefits of Reiki. I used it to help improve my energy in many areas of my life:

  • my personal health
  • my mental/emotional well-being
  • relationships
  • my spiritual connection with God
  • and even with my strength training and nutrition!

I’m a stronger person in the above areas now. I know that Reiki helped me with that.
